Fresh fish and shellfish come from the Algarve sea.

From the mountains we pick-up the meat, cheese and sausages from animals that graze in the fields.

We combine them with special bread, baked in wood-fired ovens, and add vegetables, fruits and dried fruits that grow in our "Barrocal", with flavors enhanced by the sun.

Then, to make the gastronomic experience unforgettable, we add the Algarve wines, characterized by ripe fruit aromas and a velvety, warm flavor like our terroir.

Wine pairing experience:
-> Picnic with local delicacies (cheese, sausiches and ham, bread, dry fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood, and sweets) paired with 2 wines from the winery, plus a local sweet wine.
