Discover the enogastronomy of the Algarve from a passionate and unique perspective. Visit a wine production estate in the heart of the Algarve, learn about its wines and production methods, and enjoy a relaxed outdoor lunch.

Upon arrival at the local winery (Monte de Salicos Winery), be greeted with a welcome drink (local wine) followed by a guided tour of the vineyard and the winery.

Then, be amazed by an unforgettable meal in a properly prepared outdoor space.

The meal will be served with:

• Special Algarvian appetizers, composed of local bread, olive oil, and the Algarve carrot and olive salad;
• Main course consisting of fish or seafood from the Algarve sea, or meats and sausages from the Algarve mountains;
• Vegetables, fruits, and nuts that grow in our Barrocal, with flavors enhanced by the sun, and
• A regional dessert (author’s recipe);

To make the moment unforgettable, the meal will be paired with two more regional wines from the Algarve, and even a glass of sweet or fortified wine.

Enjoy your company and this outdoor meal where the Mediterranean diet has a special place.

At the end, you can also purchase some bottles of wine and other local products as souvenirs.
