Safety

During the visits, do not leave your belongings in our van. Always use safety belts when traveling. Watch your children. Always follow the safety instructions given by our guides.

Preparation

Bring your ID card or passport and your physical or electronic ticket that should be presented to our guides. If you pay part of the trip to our guides, remember to bring money with you. Always bring a smile. We'll do the same!

Clothing

Prepare your clothing before the trip and under the weather conditions. On day trips we always recommend the use of sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses and comfortable walking shoes. Also bring a towel, slippers and bathing suit if you are going to the water. On the evening and early morning activities bring warmer clothes.

Yes. Our tours are generally suitable for all ages. If the group includes babies, minors or the elderly, please contact us so that we can advise you better or suit the tour to those guests.

Yes. Most of our tours are already private. There are also tours with shared options, so when booking, take into account the choice you make for your tour.

Yes. If you have a different tour in mind, or different preferences, please contact us and we will build your experience together.

The electronic or printed ticket is always needed for a tour.

We organize private parties for groups, such as:

Transportation Questions

We can transport up to 8 passengers, plus the driver.

Departures have a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After this period we do not guarantee the transportation nor the refund of the tickets.

Payment and Booking Questions

For Regular Tours:

  • Online Booking Option: Immediate Payment of 100% of the amount in the Fareharbor Platform.
  • Bookings by Telephone, Email or Other Alternative Means of Communication: A minimum Reservation Fee of 20% of the value is required at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid to the Service Provider by the day of the tour.

For Tailor-Made Tours and Events:

  • Online Booking Option: Immediate Payment of 100% of the amount in the Fareharbor Platform.
  • Bookings by Telephone, Email or Other Alternative Means of Communication: A  30% of the value is required at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid to the Service Provider up to 48 hours before the day of the tour or event.
  • Administrative Fee: Reservations made for Services (Products) outside the pre-defined dates and times have an administrative fee of 10% on the final value of the Service (Product) less any commissions or discounts.

We offer a discount with subscription, as well as a Promocode for future bookings.

If we have no bookings, you can book up to 24h before the tour.

If we already have bookings you can book up to 12h before the tour.

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour or event starts and make a new booking for the day ant time that suits you.

You can always contact us to rebook at our side.

Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the tour, with a refund or credit corresponding to the amount already paid, deducted from the Reservation Fee and expenses charged by card issuers, banks or payment platforms to the Service Provider. 

No-shows: The total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation by Service Provider: In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit.
