Prepare your clothing before the trip and under the weather conditions. On day trips we always recommend the use of sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses and comfortable walking shoes. Also bring a towel, slippers and bathing suit if you are going to go to the water. On the nightly trips bring warmer clothes.
Yes. It’s completely safe. In addition we have reinforced the safety of the trips with installation of safety belts, so that you can travel secure.
Yes. It’s completely safe. We have fitted two-point seat belts for all passengers.
It is possible to carry a wheelchair in each of our vehicles. With regard to the places to visit, some are of reduced accessibility. We will have to analyze each situation in a timely manner.

Online, we accept payments with credit cards and through paypal. If the payment is made to the guide this will have to be done in cash.
This always happens on private tours, with the departure and arrival at our guests accommodation. To clarify that the Romance at Sunset Tour is already in itself a private tour. On the remaining trips, Happy Van also picks up at the accommodation in the following areas: Albufeira and Olhos de Agua (Albufeira Tours), Portimão and Alvor (Portimão Tours) and Lagos (Lagos Tours). In all other cases you should contact Happy Van to check the availability of Pick-up.
Yes. It is possible to book a private trip in each and every one of our experiences through the Private Tour option at the time of payment.
Yes. It is possible through the option “Tailor-made Tours”.
Departures have a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After this period we do not guarantee the transportation nor the refund of the tickets.
It is possible to cancel a tour already booked up to 48 hours before the trip. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If a customer has paid a booking fee and cancels the trip, that amount will not be refunded. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
